Ron Neeley is a seasoned investor with substantial experience in real estate, private equity and hedge funds. Mr. Neeley was the founder and CEO of Maintenance Warehouse, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Home Depot, until its sale in 1997. With the goal of diversification, Mr. Neeley founded the private investment company RNLN in 1998. Disciplined values, operational excellence and structure- the cornerstones of success in Maintenance Warehouse - remain central to the BRIO Investment Group.
 
Mr. Neeley has a broad range of business experience, including 13 years at Maintenance Warehouse, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Home Depot Company, where he served as President until 1999. Subsequent to the sale Mr. Neeley started Aqua Investors, a private real estate management and development company. As President and Chief Operating Officer of BRIO Investment Group Mr. Neeley is active in both the real estate market and various equity markets.


Mr. Bauer has extensive experience in real estate acquisition, finance, development, and construction. With over 15 years industry experience, he has been responsible for the acquisition, development and construction of apartment complexes, commercial buildings and single-family detached and condominium subdivisions. Mr. Bauer is also a licensed California CPA and a former associate with Deloitte, one of the "Big 4" international accounting firms. As project manager for BRIO Investment Group, Mr. Bauer is responsible for the company's real estate acquisition and development activities.


Mr. Burchett is a licensed California C.P.A. with extensive experience in the REIT, taxation, and SEC financial reporting arenas. Prior to joining the BRIO team he was the director of taxation and corporate controller for 5 years at Burnham Pacific Properties, Inc. REIT and spent the 7 years prior to that as a tax manger at TrizecHahn. As Vice President Finance for the BRIO Investment Group, Mr. Burchett's duties include oversight of the tax, legal, private equity, and accounting departments as well as directing the corporate office.


Mr. Palma is an active leader in the hospitality industry, with 17 years of experience. He brings to BRIO comprehensive expertise in all aspects of hotel, restaurant, and bar operations and management from his experience at the Hard Rock Hotel, Emeril's Restaurants, the Marriott Hotel and Resorts and a chain of privately-held restaurants/bars located in San Diego, CA. As General Manger of The Clevelander Hotel, Mr. Palma's many responsibilities include cost controls, budget development and implementation, strategic management planning, quality control standards, and business development.
